Terms of Use
These terms describe the public use of PINGORYX and the responsibilities of business users using WhatsApp integrations.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for their Meta Business assets, WABA, WhatsApp number, approved templates, message content, contacts, consent, opt-in records, and compliance with applicable laws and Meta policies.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, harmful, or policy-violating communication. Access may be limited or terminated if misuse is detected.
Subscriptions and service availability
Platform access may depend on subscription status, integration readiness, Meta availability, customer configuration, and operational limits. We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Third-party platforms
WhatsApp and Meta services are third-party platforms. Their pricing, policies, review decisions, quality limits, and availability may affect customer workflows.
