We may process website enquiry details, business contact information, company account records, user access details, platform usage records, WhatsApp message metadata, templates, contacts, and integration information needed to provide the service.
Customer businesses are responsible for their Meta Business assets, WABA, WhatsApp number, message content, consent, and compliance with applicable Meta policies. PINGORYX provides platform and integration support.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, provide platform access, support campaigns and conversations, maintain security, troubleshoot integrations, generate operational reports, and meet legal or accounting requirements where applicable.
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards. Records are retained only as needed for platform operations, support, legal reference, billing records, audit trails, and dispute handling.
The platform may interact with Meta/WhatsApp services, hosting, database, email, payment, analytics, and support providers as needed for the service. Those providers may process data under their own terms and policies.
